Great location for exploring Osaka

The hotel is perfectly positioned with easy access to Shinsaibashi shopping and metro. Staff were polite, and amenities included free internet.

The room felt aged with noticeable wear, including stained wallpaper and carpets. The bathroom was cramped, which might be challenging for taller guests.

The hotel had very small rooms, but our room included all the important facilities, especially comfortable beds. It was very clean. Service from the staff was excellent, including getting locks cut off a case after keys were lost, all done quickly and with a smile. What more could you ask?

We knew the rooms would be very small, so have no complaints that they were. Not about the hotel, but we were pleased that the booking confirmation form had details of the hotel itself - address, telephone and fax numbers, so we didn't have to search websites. Thanks. PS Arthur actually up-dated our booking for 2 (two) nights after the first booking. The change was easy to do, again, thanks.

The hotel is well-located near the subway and shopping areas. The staff was notably kind, ready to assist with any queries. While the compact room was clean, there was only wired internet in the room, and I encountered issues with my mistakenly booked smoking room which affected my comfort. Microwave access on the first floor was a convenient feature. Fresh organic products were appreciated, but a wider variety of dining options would enhance the experience.

Perfect spot for foodies!

We stayed for 3 nights, and the location was just awesome! Super close to the metro and walking distance to Dotonbori. Tons of food and shopping around. They gave us fresh towels daily, a nice touch. Just a little cramped in the lobby area, but we didn't mind much. Would love to come back!

The hotel was easy to find, clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful. We were able to unload our luggage before check in and go sightseeing. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

Value for money. The room is clean & comfortable. Near to subway station. The famous shinsaibashi shopping street is just 10 mins walking distance.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Shinsaibashi subway station and within walking distance of popular attractions like Dotonbori. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great comfy bed. Plus, the breakfast included is a nice bonus.

I liked the service of the staff and having to leave your key after you leave to go out was very helpful.

The only thing I did not like were the pillows. Took awhile to get used to. Not the best pillows.

Convenient and Pleasant Stay at Nest Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi

During my recent stay at Nest Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi, I experienced a very convenient and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the subway, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori. I found it easy to explore Osaka and navigate around the city from this central location. Not only that, but the front staff at the hotel were friendly and provided helpful assistance whenever needed.

Service and price r nice.

Internet was super slow and bad! More ridiculous thing was ,only could use wi-fi in 1f! Even the wired internet could use in other floors, still very slow. The first night we checked in, spent almost 2-3 hrs to deal with the internet thing, which made us very angry.

Comfortable room with lady kits, I love it :)
